The Bungalow The typical planter’s bungalows with gracious rooms is a very relaxing location about 2500 above MSL.

The Perrangondda estate Bungalow was built in 1910 and renovated in 1940s

It is offered as a plantation stay which is a 3-bedroom property with lovely verandas and ample leisure fields around. Ideally Located for a break with families and elders from Bangalore and Calicut with easy access.

We offer 3 rooms with period furniture and modern bathrooms mostly sold as entire property for the best experience and privacy.

We may have in-house caretakers staying inside this holiday home or nearby out-houses very close to this holiday home to provide a hassle-free stay for you. Under any circumstances, we cannot hand over keys and leave you alone inside property. We always ensure a caretaker is available inside property for your safety and convenience.
These are someone's second home, hence do not expect any hotel kind luxury and services in our holiday homes.
